TO HEAT
MICROWAVE: Place in 700 W microwave for 3 min on full power.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Place in ovenproof dish in a standard convection or fan assisted oven for 15 min at 150°C Then turning over at half time.
TO COOL
Place in a plastic bag and leave in the freezer for at least 45 min.
TO WASH
BY HAND: Wash at 40°C,rinse well and hang to dry completely before utilization.
BY MACHINE: Place inside a pillow case and wash at 40°C before drying as necessary.
TO CARE
1.Do not overheat;
2.Spray pillow with water occasionally to prevent the cherry stone from drying out;
3.Check bag stitching regularly.
